The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of name; Change of RV category; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
• Changing of drop off destination after the rental has commenced (after getting authorisation), Subject to the change being approved, a minimum additional charge of AU$ 750 will apply.
• If the RV is returned without the interior cleaned and without an empty toilette cassette and grey water tank, a charge of AU$ 250 cleaning fee will apply.
• Minimum rental period is 5 days with some exceptions. For details - please read 'Rental Duration' section in "Terms & Conditions".
• A compulsory cleaning fee of AU$75 will aplly for rentals 5 days or less.
• Single Vehicle Rollover has a minimum of AU$65 and available only when value pack is purchased.
• Toilet chemicals cost AU$3 each and can be booked during Self Check-In or Pick-Up.
