100 percent professionalism!!! It was my first time with a caravan, and abroad too. I called Avi and asked him to be on the line with me for 40 minutes to understand my needs. Avi was patient, professional — and even when COVID came and we had to postpone by a year, the date was changed without any cost or change fees. In addition, throughout the period Avi gave me his full attention and answered every possible question and worry I had naturally as someone heading out with the family for the first time on a trip like this. I warmly recommend Bandana, and I have no doubt that when we go on a trip again we'll turn to Bandana first.
