We rented two caravans through Bandana for two couples. We chose to pick them up in Budapest and traveled for 15 days, mainly in Romania. I wanted to thank Avi for handling things with the caravan station in Madrid. The company charged us, without any justification, 50% of the deposit amount — 750 euros. Even when we thought the amount was lost, Avi kept handling the issue until we received the full amount back. Many thanks.
