All vehicles have a tether anchor for child seat to be attached. Additional child seats need to work with a lap belt system.

The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

All Inclusive package must have a minimum of 12 nights rental.
Unlimited Mileage must have a minimum of 12 nights rental.
Generator Use: $3.5 per hour / $10 per night.
For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.37.
Ferndale/Bellingham office is closed Saturdays October through March and Sundays all year.
Rental locations are closed for pick-up or drop-off on the following days in 2025:
1 January, 20 April, 26 May, 4 July, 24 July (SLC only), 1 September, 31 August - 2 September (SFO only), 27 November, 24-25 December, 31 December.
In case of cancellation on one-way rentals - there is an additional fee of $ 200 in addition to applicable fee and cancellation fee.
For rentals starting in Denver, there is a daily surcharge of $5.23. The surcharge does not apply to rentals of 31 nights or more.
