We booked a caravan for six passengers to Italy and Switzerland (a couple + 4 grown kids). Avi is professional, courteous, pleasant, patient, and welcoming. He kindly accompanied us through the whole process and the adjustments to make the caravan perfect for us. The simulator training contributed to our confidence in handling the caravan.
