We rented a caravan from Bandana for a trip in Croatia and Slovenia for 10 days and enjoyed it greatly. This was the third time we'd rented a caravan in Europe through Bandana, and once again we very much enjoyed the concept of caravan travel and Bandana's service. On this trip, the caravan itself met our needs reasonably well, but its water pump made a noise, and the accessory equipment supplied with the caravan (utensils, cutlery, kitchen towels, bedding, cleaning tools and supplies) was partial and less complete compared to the richer equipment that came with our previous caravan rentals (in other European destinations).
Outstanding personal service. They matched the right caravan to us and we received immediate assistance with every question, even ones that weren't related. It was the first step on the way to a perfect, glitch-free trip with peace of mind. Highly recommend.

The rental companies Avi works with are good and high-quality, the caravans are good and well-equipped, and Bandana's service and support are excellent and gets down to all the small and important details.
I recommend renting through Bandana (and I've also tried others…) and another important recommendation is to take out all possible insurance — don't be cheap…
