Trip Details

Here is a brief overview of a one-week RV trip starting in Dublin heading Ring of Kerry and visiting several attractions in Ireland:

  • Start your trip by driving south from Dublin towards County Cork. On the way, make a stop at Mitchelstown Cave, a series of underground caverns and tunnels that you can explore with a guided tour.

  • From there, continue on to Falconry Kerry, where you can see a variety of birds of prey up close and even have the opportunity to hold and fly them.

  • Next, make your way to the Torc Waterfall, a beautiful natural attraction located in the Killarney National Park. Take a hike along the trails to get a closer look at the falls and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

  • After visiting the waterfall, head to Killarney Irish Adventures for some kayaking on the lakes. This is a great way to explore the area and get some exercise.

  • The next day, visit the Fogher Cliffs (Aillte Fogher), a series of towering cliffs that offer stunning views of the coast. These cliffs are located on the Dingle Peninsula, which is known for its rugged beauty.

  • From there, drive to the Cahergall Stone Fort, a well-preserved ancient fort that dates back to the early medieval period. Take a tour of the fort and learn about its history.

  • Finally, make your way back to Dublin and visit Meeting House Square, a popular destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This is a great place to end your trip and enjoy some time with your family.
