I booked a caravan through Bandana, and the bottom line is a great success. We received from Avi at Bandana professional and focused service throughout, including guidance and assistance in getting to know the caravan and its operation in advance… Avi is a very pleasant person, attentive and caring, so you immediately get the impression that there's someone here you can rely on….. In services where the local provider through whom the booking is made is the broker with the company abroad with whom you actually deal (during the trip), it's very important who the service provider abroad is, because every problem/issue/trouble/accident/bump in the vehicle, etc., with the caravan will ultimately be resolved between you and them. And here I got the impression that the service provider abroad is also a fair entity and not just someone looking to squeeze money out of you — something that should be credited to Avi at Bandana, who knows how to choose the partners he works with. In the end, if you got screwed abroad, what is the warm attitude in Israel worth?….
