The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.35.
All Burning Man departures (SFO, LAX, LAS, EVT, SLC, PDX) will require an increased Security Deposit of $1000.
Mandatory "Environmental Fee" of $9 per rental, must be paid locally.
Zero Deductible insurance can be purchased for $14.95 per night maximum $448.50 per rental (on pick up location only) - details on 'Insurance'.
