The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
- For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.39.
- All departures from (SFO, LAX, LAS, EVT, SLC, PDX) between 21-27 August 2024, 20-26 August 2025, 19-25 August 2026 will require an increased Security Deposit of $1000.
- Mandatory "Environmental Fee" of $9.95 per rental, must be paid.
- Unlimited Generator usage costs $8 per night. Another option is to pay locally (at drop-off) $3.5 per hour.

- EBDS is not available at: SWF - North New York, CVG - Cincinatti, PWK - Chicago Northwest, MSO - Missoula, SNA - Orange County, RNO - Reno, RSW - Ft. Myers, PIT - Pittsburgh
- Rentals departing from Albuquerque have an additional surcharge of $ 2 per night for all vehicle except the C30.
- Rentals departing from Denver have an additional surcharge of $ 2.13 per night for all vehicles. This will be charged locally only and cannot be prepaid. Surcharge only applicable for the first 30 nights.
- Rentals departing from Trenton (Philadelphia) have an additional surcharge of $ 2 per night for all vehicles.
- Rentals departing from Pittsburgh have an additional surcharge of $ 4 per night for all vehicles. Surcharge only applies for the first 29 nights.
- Cancellation of one-way rental between 60 and 46 days before pick-up will be charged a cancellation fee of $ 500 in addition to the usual cancellation fees.
- Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - US departures from 1 Feb 2025 will not have SLI included as standard. This insurance will be available for purchase as an additional option. The cost of the insurance will be published soon.
