RV Rental Sofia

We rented a caravan from Bandana for a trip in Croatia and Slovenia for 10 days and enjoyed it greatly. The service we received from Bandana was good service, and full details were passed along regarding everything related to the caravan rental. Avi — the manager of the Bandana office — is attentive to every question and provided detailed answers and clarifications on every topic raised. This was the third time we'd rented a caravan in Europe through Bandana, and once again we very much enjoyed the concept of caravan travel and Bandana's service. On this trip, the caravan itself met our needs reasonably well, but its water pump made a noise, and the accessory equipment supplied with the caravan (utensils, cutlery, kitchen towels, bedding, cleaning tools and supplies) was partial and less complete compared to the richer equipment that came with our previous caravan rentals (in other European destinations).

I'm back from a trip in the USA, part of which we rented a caravan through Avi and Bandana. The service was excellent! Avi is available for every question and provides immediate replies. The training Avi gives is comprehensive and detailed. The brokering with the caravan rental company abroad is good. We received all the information in advance in detail, so picking up the caravan abroad was excellent.
