- Between November and April, the rental centers are closed on Saturdays and pick up is between 15:00 and 16:00.
- Minimum 12 rental days between August 23-31 at the Berlin station, between August 9-31 at the Frankfurt station, and between August 19-31 at the Hamburg station.
- The motorhome must return clean inside. If not, an inside cleaning fee of minimum € 200 will apply.
- It is possible to book interior cleaning at the end of the rental for € 100 for the M2, M4GC and for € 130 for the V2L, V3. Only bookable in advance and must be Prepaid. Not valid for festival visits.
- The motorhome must return with an empty toilet tank. If not, a toilet cleaning fee of € 150 will apply.
- Refueling at the end of the rental € 2.5 per liter (fuel tank should be returned full).
- Late return - € 30 per hour.
- Winter tires are mandatory (€ 199) for rentals from mid-November to mid-March
- In case of traveling to Sweden, there is a Road toll fee of € 15 per vehicle

In June 2023 we took our first caravan trip of this kind through the Canadian Rockies. We rented the caravan through Bandana about 5 months in advance.
