• Rental centers are closed 13:30-16:00 for siesta.
• The rental station in Madrid is closed between April 6-10.
• Rentals are calculated on 24 hours basis (pick up and drop off on the same hour). In case of exceeding, an extra dey payment will apply.
• Deliveries and/or returns in other cities different than Madrid or Barcelona - Minimum 10 days - Extra charge of 500 € each stretch. In Madrid or Barcelona Airports - Pick up / Drop off will be at the rental station and not at the Airport.
• Extra charge for automatic transmission is valid only for group E.
• In case of renting bicycle, a bicycle rack also need to be rented.
• GPS for rent with European cartography- minimum of 100 € par rental and deposit of 200 €
• Minimum of 18 days are required for one way rental with dropping down outside Spain - according to availability.
• International "one way" services have to be at least 18 days. If it´s possible out of high season (subject to availability).
• Anyone who rents a motorhome on dates that coincide with festival dates (such as Boom and ZNA for example), and does not pay festival fees will be required to sign a commitment form that he is not traveling to any festival.
• The vehicle's license plate cannot be received in advance, but only at pick-up.

We strongly recommend Avi Bandana — we had an amazing, amazing service experience (and trip, of course)! We're a young couple that decided to book a vacation in a caravan for the first time pretty much last minute (the upsides of COVID allowed us this, since from talking with Avi Bandana and reading online we understood that people usually book at least six months in advance). The rental process was convenient and simple — Bandana addressed every question we had before renting the caravan. Pickup and return of the vehicle, and all three weeks we used it, went smoothly and without issues. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take a caravan vacation.
