The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
- All Inclusive packages must have a minimum of 12 nights rental
- Unlimited Mileage must have a minimum of 10 nights rental
- In case of cancellation on one way rentals - there is an additional fee of $ 200 (in addition to applicable fee)
- Generator Use: $3.5 per hour / $8 per day
- For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $ 0.35
- Ferndale/Bellingham office is closed Saturdays October through March and Sundays all year
- Rental locations are closed for Pick up or Drop off on the following days 2022:
1 January, 17 April, 30 May, 4 July, 24 July (SLC only), 5 September, 4-6 September (SFO only), 24 November, 24-25 December, 31 December
