The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
- For the Mileage Packages, every extra km is 0.39 $
- Customers who take a motorhome in the winter season or traveling in cold regions - please read carefully the winter warning in 'Terms & Conditions'
- Unlimited Generator usage costs $8 per night. Another option is to pay locally (at drop-off) $3.5 per hour.
- Rentals on Sundays - please read details on 'Terms & Conditions'.
- The rental station in Vancouver is closed on 20 February, 6-7 August and 11 November.
- The rental station in Calgary is closed on 20 February and 11 November.
- The rental station in Toronto is closed on 20 February and 26 December.
- The rental station in Halifax is closed on 6-7 August.
- The rental station in Montreal is closed on 23-24 June.
- Cancellation of one-way rental between 60 and 46 days before pick-up will be charged a cancellation fee of $500 in addition to the usual cancellation fees.
- Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - US departures from 1 Feb 2025 will not have SLI included as standard. This insurance will be available for purchase as an additional option. The cost of the insurance will be published soon.
