The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of name; Change of RV category; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

• Changing of drop off destination after the rental has commenced (after getting authorisation), Subject to the change being approved, a minimum additional charge of NZ$ 750 will apply.
• Single Vehicle Rollover has a minimum of NZ$65.
• If the RV is returned without the interior cleaned and without an empty toilette cassette and grey water tank, a charge of NZ$ 250 cleaning  fee will apply.
• A 7 day minimum rental period applies for back to base rentals for pick ups before 1 April.
• A 10 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 18 December 2023 to 2 January 2024.
• A 10 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 1-20 April 2023 - for the Euro Camper/Euro Deluxe.
• A 7 day minimum rental period applies for pick ups between 28 March to 2 April 2024.
• A compulsory cleaning fee of NZ$75 will aplly for rentals 5 days or less.
