Max. 4 sleeping places - a pull-down bed above the seating area and another 1 double bed in the back.

- Rental days are calculated per 24 hours - the pick-up time should be the drop-off time. If the drop-off time is later than the pick-up time, an additional € 48 per hour will be charged. Please write in the comments the requested pick-up and drop-off times.
- Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of € 0.35 per km.
- From 1.11 to 15.4 - winter tyres are mandatory and only available for Urban Plus vehicles.
- From November 1st until March 20th only the vehicle Group Urban Plus is available.
- The passenger compartment must be returned in clean condition, otherwise a fee of a minimum € 280 is charged.
- The toilet tank must be returned empty, otherwise a fee of € 200 is charged.
- Motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and AdBlue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as a €50 administration fee.
- Customers get two bottles of gas and have to return one full bottle of gas, otherwise a fee of € 90 is charged.
- Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer are allowed. If there is more, please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take a bicycle.

In June 2023 we took our first caravan trip of this kind through the Canadian Rockies. We rented the caravan through Bandana about 5 months in advance. We took a caravan through Bandana. The caravan itself met expectations and was picked up and returned safely. Avi was available before the booking, before the trip for every question (and there were quite a few), and even during the vacation. Only good words for his part in an amazing vacation. The caravan we got was at a level of equipment and comfort that was truly "German". Knowing you also have an Israeli back-up in case of issues/problems (even though there weren't any) definitely helps you get into the caravan project with peace of mind. This is my third time.
