Cancelation Fee

  • up to 45 days prior to rental date:
       5 % of rental price, at least 250 $ US will not be refunded
  • 6 days to 44 days prior to rental date:
       10 % of rental price, at least 350 $ US will not be refunded
  • 6 days to 44 days prior to rental date:

  • 1 days to 7 days prior to rental date:

Rates Include
Each rental includes insurance and unlimited use of the generator free of charge.
Each motorhome is fully stocked with a linen package that includes the following for each person: a pillow, sheets (fitted and flat), a blanket, towels, pillow cases and wash cloth.
Each motorhome is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls, frying pan, baking pan, coffee pot, silverware, spatulas, potato peeler, mixing spoons, and cheese grader.
Each motorhome comes with a trash can, trash bag, broom and a dust pan.

Our Fleet
We have Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Copper motorhomes:
 Gold includes 2013 model units with upgraded foam beds, larger capacity tanks, upgraded flooring, cab over windows, awnings, TV/DVD combo and mp3 player connection.
 Silver includes 2011 - 2012 model units with Awnings, TV/DVD player, larger beds and larger storage tanks.
 Bronze includes 2007 - 2010 model units with standard beds and larger storage tanks.
 Copper includes 2003 - 2006 model units with standard beds and standard storage tanks.

business hours
We are open 365 days a year. Our motor homes are available for rent all 12 months of the year.
Our hours are divided into two seasons:
Winter: October - April | Monday - Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Sunday: noon to 3 p.m.
Summer: May - September | everyday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Pick up & Return
Pickup time is between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m. and return time is between 8 a.m. and noon. If your pickup time is before 3 p.m. then your return time is by 10 a.m. If your pickup time is after 3 p.m. then your return time is by noon.

Prior to any rental, each motor home has to be cleaned and sanitized, restocked, factory maintenance performed and then a safety inspection has to be completed. On rare occasion, a safety fix could cause your pickup to be delayed. Because we place safety first, we cannot guarantee exact pickup time.

No refund will be made if the length of hire is shortened or for unused days. There is no refund for late pick up or early return of vehicle.

Shuttle bus service
Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.:
We provide a courtesy shuttle to and from your hotel, Ted Stevens Airport, and any other business location. For pick up please call us 1-800-421-3456 once you have all of your luggage ready.
All other hours:
Please go to the cab stand on level one and take a cab to our location. Keep the receipt and we will credit the entire amount toward any travel accessories such as lawn chairs or fishing equipment.

Booking Amendments
If you need to shorten the length of your rental, to avoid a $50 change fee, you must call us 30 days in advance of the original rental pickup date. If you shorten your rental within 72 hours of the original rental pickup date, then you will be charged a $75 change fee plus $45 for each day shortened.

If you wish to lengthen your rental, there is no fee.

Payment
When you make a reservation, a $500 deposit will be charged to your debit or credit card. On pickup day, we will collect the entire rental fee. You can also prepay your rental up to 30 days in advance by check. If you choose to pay per mile then we will charge you for the estimated number of rental miles. The $500 deposit becomes the damage deposit - see Insurance section above about refund.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, Cash and Traveler's Checks.

The housekeeping package includes cups, plates, paper towels, RV toilet paper and chemicals, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, matches, sanitizer, kitchen towels and a dish scrubber.
We always have plenty of items in stock. You can reserve the above items upon making a reservation or upon pick up.

Insurance

With each rental, the following insurance is included at no charge: $50,000 per person bodily injury liability up to $100,000 total; $25,000 property damage liability. The deductible is $2,500. Property damage covers damage while on a public road. Damage while off road such backing up in an RV Park is not covered. Interior damage to the motor home is not covered.

Additional Insurance options:
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): $21 per day on Class C and $31 per day on Class A motorhomes, a $500 deducible is available along with $0 deductible for Class C windshield damage. Class A windshield 50% deductible.

Inclusive Damage Waiver (IDW): $31 per day on Class C and $41 per day on Class A motorhomes, a $500 deductible is available that will cover parking lot and off public road accidents along with $0 deductible for Class C windshield damage. Class A windshield 50% deductible.

Cancelation Insurance: We at Clippership Motorhomes are pleased to extend our insurance plan towards protection of your reservation deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen that can put your trip on halt or worse, have you abandon your trip in its entirety. For your motorhome cancelation needs we recommend our cancelation insurance plan. For just $40 you can put your mind at ease and insure your vehicle against our cancellation policy. Cancelation Insurance is only available at the time you are making your reservation and is nonrefundable. If you decide not to purchase cancelation insurance, your reservation will be subject to our normal cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled under the cancelation insurance plan are subject to $45 credit card processing fee and must be cancelled 12 hours prior to your rental date.

We collect a $500 damage deposit. If the motor home is returned in the same condition it was picked up, you will receive a refund check within 10 business days of return. To eliminate extra charges, a walk-around video is taken during the pickup process.
