Down payments of 300, the rest 30 days before pickup.


Cancelation Fee

  • up to 31 days prior to rental date:
       40 % of rental price, at least 300 € EUR will not be refunded
  • 16 days to 30 days prior to rental date:
       55 % of rental price, at least 400 € EUR will not be refunded
  • 16 days to 30 days prior to rental date:
       55 % of rental price, at least 400 € EUR will not be refunded
  • 2 days to 15 days prior to rental date:
       85 % of rental price, at least 500 € EUR will not be refunded
  • 2 days to 15 days prior to rental date:
       85 % of rental price, at least 500 € EUR will not be refunded
  • 1 days to 1 days prior to rental date:
       100 % of rental price, at least 600 € EUR will not be refunded
  • 1 days to 1 days prior to rental date:
       100 % of rental price, at least 600 € EUR will not be refunded

Terms & Conditions

Driver
The motorhome’s driver should be over 23 years old and have had a Class B (normal cars) driver’s licence for over two years. Some motorhomes it could be drive it with 24 years old and have had a Class B (normal cars) driver’s licence for over two years. Please ask us.
The customer should be able to show AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. their identification (D.N.I. or Passport) and the voucher of the agent.

Seasons and Minimum Rental Period
The minimum periods for renting are:
HIGH SEASON: 7 days (except August 15 days minimum rental).
LOW AND MID SEASON: 7 days

Insurance
The Vehicles of AUTOCARVAN EXPRESS S.A. have full insurance (CDW) with a responsibility of 700 Euros by collision. In the case of bad use or collision. This insurance is valid in all the Europe Union. If you are travelling in other countries you should consult AUTOCARVAN EXPRESS S.A.
The insurance does not include personal property of the customer.
The price includes the insurance. It is a Fully Coverture Insurance, with an exception of 700 Euros.
The vehicle must have a normal motorhome use, and must not transport more people them in permitted by law, or carry merchandise, or be made over the use of third parties.
It is possible travel to Morocco or the Occidental part of Turkey, with a extra cost.
Pets are allowed but always with the responsibility of the client.

Reservation
We make provisional booking during 48 hours until you complete the payment. Once the payment are confirmed please sent us the following information, we will reply with the invoice:
* Customer’s name
* Full Address
* Mobile Phone
* E-mail address (we will need to put in contact with the customer to coordinate the pick up and drop off)
When AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS,S.A. deliveries the vehicle to the customer, a deposit of 700 Euros in cash or by Credit Card is required.
After return of vehicle our foreman will check everything and if all is correct AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. refund the deposit.

Included in the price
- Unlimited mileage.
- Roadside assistance for the vehicle with ARAG (German insurance company) Valid both of them in all Europe.
- Roadside assistance with Hymer (with more of 300 depot around all Europe)
- Full insurance (CDW) with an exemption of 700 Euros.
- Lubricant expenses will be paid by AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. made payable by the customer when he presents the corresponding bills.
- Yellow Kit Levelling blocks
- Cleaning tools mop, broom, dustpan
- Transfers to/from the Airport
- 2 Gas cylinders
- Chemical products for the toilet

Extending rental time
Should the customer wish to extend the rental time, he should let AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. know within a reasonable time limit. The confirmation of an extension will depend on the availability.

- READY TO DEPARTURE (FREE): This extra is necessary. It included two gas cylinders and chemical products for the toilet.

- BEDDING (SURCHARGE):
The kit includes:

- KITCHEN UTENSILS (SURCHARGE):
This kit includes:
• Ladle
• Saucepan
• Frying pan

- COLOR TV (SURCHARGE): We can include a tv. There are a special place for it. This television go by 220 volts, it works 12v. All have connection USB to see films.
IMPORTANT! The insurance don’t cover the TV. In case of robbery the customer will lost the deposit. The television in France for example it can’t be see it (the frequencies are different). The television it couldn’t see it when the customer are driving, because they will be tuned in to a channels constantly, but they can see a dvd. 

- BYKE SUPPORT (SURCHARGE): Maximum 4 bicycles by motorhome. It is not possible in Group A, B or C. Motorhomes Group B, C, G, I have a outside compartment to put the bikes under the bed. In the motorhomes Group F and H the are a compartment outside under the bunks. If the customer wants put the bikes it is necessary close one of the bunk.

- MOUNTAIN / CITY BIKES (SURCHARGE): You can rent also a support to take the baby with you by an extra payment. Maximum height 22Kg = 48Lb

- BABY SEAT (SURCHARGE): All the dinned have seat belt. The seat Belts included in the motorhome are: Group A (4 seat belts), Group B (4 seat belts), Group C (4 seat belts), Group D (6 seat belts), Group E (6 seat belts), Group F (6 seat belts), Group G (6 seat belts), Group H (6 seat belts).
Please, it is important to inform us how many month/years has the baby and the weight.

- BOOSTER CAR SEAT (SURCHARGE): For Childs < 1,50 meters high.

- TYRE/CHAINS: FREE.

- GPS Tom Tom Europe (SURCHARGE): We will select the language that they need and explain how it works.
