We came to the Bandana agency late in the year when we'd given up on finding a family caravan for 6 people, and they managed to find us a caravan that served us wonderfully on a dream trip of 17 days in Norway, passing through Germany, Denmark, and Sweden along the way. 100 percent professionalism!!! It was my first time with a caravan, and abroad too. I called Avi and asked him to be on the line with me for 40 minutes to understand my needs. Avi was patient, professional — and even when COVID came and we had to postpone by a year, the date was changed without any cost or change fees.
