Rates' Notes
    • Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of 3.5 NOK per km.
    • The passenger compartment must be returned in clean condition, otherwise a fee of minimum 1650 NOK is charged.
    • The toilet tank must be returned empty, otherwise a fee of 1650 NOK is charged.
    • The motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and AdBlue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as a 500 NOK administration fee.
    • The GPS device is only available for rent at Oslo Station. It is required to leave a deposit of 700 NOK for it.
    • Out of hours drop off costs 480 NOK per hour.
    • Winter tyres are mandatory for 960 NOK: In Bergen and Oslo between 1.11 - 11.4, and in Evenes and Nordkjosbotn between 1.11 - 30.4.
    • Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer are allowed. If there is more, please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take a bicycle.

The service I received from Avi was excellent, and this isn't the first time I've enjoyed his services and rented a motor caravan through him. But this time, the vehicle was 5 years old, the air vent above the driver's cab was torn and made noise in the wind while driving — the noise was unbearable. The microwave/oven didn't work, even when connected to 110 V. The vehicle training was rushed and incomplete. The radio was outdated, with the option to listen to CDs but no USB connection, which prevented us from listening to music. I hope my response and disappointment will reach, through you, whoever needs it and "wake them up." I'll continue to use your services in the future — traveling in a motor caravan upgrades the experience. Best regards, Dani

Avi Bandana is a lovely and positive person who provides above-and-beyond service. We did a caravan trip (first experience) in California and it was wonderful.
