This category is not always equipped with a kitchen in the inside of the vehicle. Some vehicles only have a stove in the rear and a cooling box. Therefore, a kitchen in the interior of the vehicles cannot be guaranteed.

Rates' Notes
    • Rental centers that pick up hours are the same as drop off hours - rental days are calculated per 24 hours - pick up and drop off at the same hour.
    • During the winter period, between November and March, pick up and drop off times are different than regular. Details in T&C.
    • Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of €0.35 per km.
    • The rental stations in Tenerife & Malaga do not offer snow chains for rent.
    • The passenger compartment must be returned in clean condition, otherwise a fee of a minimum of €119 is charged.
    • The toilet tank must be returned empty, otherwise a fee of €165 is charged.
    • Motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and AdBlue otherwise, customers will be charged for the missing fuel/AdBlue, as well as a €50 administration fee
    • Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer are allowed. If there is more - please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take bicycles.
    • The rental stations in Seville and Barcelona Airport prohibit the transportation of animals in the motorhome.
    • At rental stations where animals are permitted, prior approval is required and there is an additional fee. In addition, the breed, height and weight of the animal must be specified in the booking notes.
    • It is prohibited to travel to any Festival with vehicles.

The service I received from Avi was excellent, and this isn't the first time I've enjoyed his services and rented a motor caravan through him. But this time, the vehicle was 5 years old, the air vent above the driver's cab was torn and made noise in the wind while driving — the noise was unbearable. The microwave/oven didn't work, even when connected to 110 V. The vehicle training was rushed and incomplete. The radio was outdated, with the option to listen to CDs but no USB connection, which prevented us from listening to music. I hope my response and disappointment will reach, through you, whoever needs it and "wake them up." I'll continue to use your services in the future — traveling in a motor caravan upgrades the experience. Best regards, Dani
