Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of 3.60 SEK per km.
The passenger compartment must be returned in clean condition, otherwise a fee of a minimum of 2,000 SEK is charged.
The toilet & waste water tanks must be returned empty, otherwise a fee of 900 SEK is charged in Stockholm and 1,500 SEK in Umea.
The motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and AdBlue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as a 550 SEK administration fee.
Winter tyres are mandatory between 1.11 to 31.3 - for 900 SEK.
Pick up in Stockholm is available on Friday between 13:00 to 15:00.
During the winter season, between November and May, the rental station in Stockholm is closed on Saturdays.
Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer are allowed. If there is more, please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take a bicycle.
The Airport Stockholm transfer price is 1,200 SEK (per way) for up to 4 passengers and 1,750 SEK (per way) for 5-8 passengers.
The rental station in Umea prohibits the transportation of animals in the motorhome.
At rental stations where animals are permitted, prior approval is required and there is an additional fee. In addition, the breed, height and weight of the animal must be specified in the booking notes.
