Rentals are based 24H period - the pick-up time should be the drop-off time. If the drop-off time is later than the pick-up time, an additional rental day will be charged. Please write in the comments the requested pick-up and drop-off times.
Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of €0.35 per km.
The passenger compartment must be returned in clean condition, otherwise a fee of a minimum €139 is charged.
The toilet tank must be returned empty, otherwise a fee of €159 is charged.
Motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and AdBlue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as €50 administration fee.
Winterservice is mandatory between 10.11. - 25.03.
Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer are allowed. If there is more, please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take a bicycle.
The rental station in Schönefeld, Brandenburg, Friedrichshafen, Gera & Hannover (Isernhagen) prohibits the transportation of animals in the motorhome.
At rental stations where animals are permitted, prior approval is required and there is an additional fee. In addition, the breed, height and weight of the animal must be specified in the booking notes.
