• Changing of drop off destination after the rental has commenced (after getting authorisation), Subject to the change being approved, a minimum additional charge of AU$750 will apply.
• The camper must be returned clean and with the toilet and gray water tanks empty, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. It is possible to purchase a cleaning package in advance and then there is no need to return the camper clean.
• Toilet and grey water emptying services are not available for bookings dropping off in Broome, Darwin, Alice Springs, Adelaide or Hobart where vehicles must be returned with toilet and grey water empty.
• Toilet chemicals cost AU$3 each and can be booked during Self Check-In or Pick-Up.
• The Awning applicable for Hitop rentals only.
• Satellite Phone must be pre-booked at least 7 days prior to pick-up.
• A First Aid kit is supplied in every RV. If the seal is broken or the kit is not returned the kit becomes the property of the guest and the fee of AU$40 is charged.
• Minimum rental period is 5 days with some exceptions. For details - please read 'Rental Duration' section in "Terms & Conditions".
• A AU$115 fee applies when the pick-up and/or drop-off is booked for a public holiday.
