A cleaning fee of up to $299 may be charged if the vehicle returns not clean.
A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the grey water or toilet cassette is not empty.
An administration fee of $40 plus the fuel cost will be incurred if the fuel or LPG tanks return not full.
In case of changing the drop-off destination, an additional charge of up to $1250 may apply.
Pick up or drop off on Public Holidays will incur an additional $125 surcharge. More details on 'Terms & Conditions'.
Special change & cancellation policy for rental travelling until 30 September 2026: Where there have been government or state-imposed fuel restrictions in the country of pick-up location, customers have the following options: 1. Move the travel dates up to the next 12 months, subject to availability and new pricing. 2. Free of charge cancellation up to 7 days prior to pick-up. Standard cancellation policy will apply for cancellations made within 7 days from the pick-up date.
