About 4-berth Family Campervan
The Beta 4-berth campervan is the only campervan in the Spaceships fleet that can sleep 4 people (2 inside the vehicle and 2 inside the rooftop tent). It is the perfect campervan for a travelling family, couples travelling together or for travelling friends that want to have separate beds.
Based on the Toyota Estima chassis
One child seat or booster seat can be fitted
- A cleaning fee of $100 applies for dirty/stained seats.
- The campervan must be returned washed, vacuumed and tidy. A minimum fee of $100 will apply if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
- Campervan picked up or returned at the Airlie Beach or Hubert stations will be charged a $200 remote location fee. Payment is made at the rental station.
- Change of drop-off location is subject to availability and authorization of Spaceships Australia. An additional charge between $150 and $500 applies. Drop-off at another location without authorization will be charged $2 per km.
- Late return of the campervan will be charged at the cost of one rental day plus a $100 penalty.
- Airlie Beach rental station is closed from December 22nd to January 6th.

In June 2023 we took our first caravan trip of this kind through the Canadian Rockies. We rented the caravan through Bandana about 5 months in advance. We took a caravan through Bandana. The caravan itself met expectations and was picked up and returned safely. Avi was available before the booking, before the trip for every question (and there were quite a few), and even during the vacation. Only good words for his part in an amazing vacation. The caravan we got was at a level of equipment and comfort that was truly "German". Knowing you also have an Israeli back-up in case of issues/problems (even though there weren't any) definitely helps you get into the caravan project with peace of mind. This is my third time.
