About Category Van AT

The compact Van motorhome category is a true eye-catcher with its dynamic exterior design. These compact van-style motorhome models are perfectly suited for urban streets or cruising down narrow roads in the mountains. Its state-of-the-art, timeless exterior design is a guaranteed head turner also at camping sites.
Although the exterior measurements are small, the Van includes the same wonderful facilities as our bigger models: state-of-the-art bathroom and fully equipped cooking facilities.

Rates' Notes
    • Please note that we charge 275 EUR if the pick-up time is between 18:00 and 08:00.
    • The motorhome must be returned with full gas and fuel tanks, otherwise, a filling fee + the price of the missing fuel will be charged. Clients can choose to purchase a refueling service if they wish to return a vehicle with an unfilled diesel tank.
    • The motorhome must be returned clean and with an empty waste water and an empty toilet cassette, otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged. Final cleaning can be purchased in advance at a cost of 290 EUR.
    • Winter tires are included in the rental price.
    • The maximum age for driving is 72.
    • The coffee machine works only when the motorhome is connected to an external electricity grid.
    • All one-way rentals include 2 gas bottles.
    • Clients who wish to book a one-way rental to a drop off location only, have to sign one deductible for us and we reserve the right to perform a post-rental check-up on the rental vehicle.
    • The minimum reduction period for lowering deductible (TC Plus or TC Premium) or Windshield & tire protection is 7 rental days.
    • Transfers to/from airports, that included in the rental fee, will be only to the nearest main airport. Transfers to/from other airports or city centers are possible for an additional fee:
      Tallinn city center: 70 EUR per way.
    • Bookings of 2 or more vehicles for the same dates have unique cancellation conditions for groups. Additional details in 'Terms & Conditions'.

The service I received from Avi was excellent, and this isn't the first time I've enjoyed his services and rented a motor caravan through him. But this time, the vehicle was 5 years old, the air vent above the driver's cab was torn and made noise in the wind while driving — the noise was unbearable. The microwave/oven didn't work, even when connected to 110 V. The vehicle training was rushed and incomplete. The radio was outdated, with the option to listen to CDs but no USB connection, which prevented us from listening to music. I hope my response and disappointment will reach, through you, whoever needs it and "wake them up." I'll continue to use your services in the future — traveling in a motor caravan upgrades the experience. Best regards, Dani

Avi Bandana is a lovely and positive person who provides above-and-beyond service. We did a caravan trip (first experience) in California and it was wonderful.
