About Beta Campervan
The Beta campervan is the cheapest option in the Spaceships fleet. It is a budget campervan that offers better features and has more included for free than other campervans in New Zealand. Up to 4 people can be seated in the Beta (belted seating for 4), so perfect for friends that want to share the cost of travel. Two people can sleep inside the Beta campervan: sleep fully inside or extend the bed partially outwards for more space and ventilation.
Based on the Toyota Estima chassis
1 Child seat or booster seat can be fitted
- The campervan must be returned clean, vacuumed and tidy. A minimum fee of $150 will apply if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
- The portable toilet must return clean or a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Drop-off at another location without authorization will be charged $2,000.
- The campervan must be returned with a full fuel tank or a minimum of $200 refueling fee will be charged.
- Smoke or carrying animals in the campervan are forbidden. A soiling fee of $300 will be charged if you breach this obligation.

The service I received from Avi was excellent, and this isn't the first time I've enjoyed his services and rented a motor caravan through him. But this time, the vehicle was 5 years old, the air vent above the driver's cab was torn and made noise in the wind while driving — the noise was unbearable. The microwave/oven didn't work, even when connected to 110 V. The vehicle training was rushed and incomplete. The radio was outdated, with the option to listen to CDs but no USB connection, which prevented us from listening to music. I hope my response and disappointment will reach, through you, whoever needs it and "wake them up."
