Hi Avi. We're back. It was excellent, even though I forgot to order all the equipment. We picked up the caravan in Vienna through the Budapest station. I understand the need to economize on staff, but the people who brought the caravan didn't really have a clue. Lucky I have experience and didn't really need explanations. Friends of ours took the same exact caravan with the same people who were supposed to explain, and for them it was their first time. They had a similar experience to ours. I was on the line with them through all the explanations. In my opinion, the people who deliver the caravan in the case of Vienna have to be more on top of the material. They were very polite, patient, and nice, but they should know the material better.

Five stars because I got excellent service. An answer to every question, with courtesy and patience that you almost don't encounter in Israel. After 10,721 kilometers and 81 perfect days, Thank you very much for everything!!!!
