In short: we came for the price, we stayed for the service. We rented a caravan in Malaga, Spain. The service from Bandana in Israel and at the rental station in Malaga was flawless. The caravan was modern and equipped as described, and the experience was wonderful. Thank you. Following that experience, we came back several years later, this time to the Pyrenees in Catalonia. Bandana's service stayed excellent as we remembered. Everything worked great. In short — recommended.

We rented a caravan through Bandana in the USA during the High Holidays of 2025. Using the website and the simulations was incredibly convenient and let us choose the route and style of trip that best suited us and was the most affordable. While we were deliberating I consulted with Avi several times and he was available, pleasant, and helpful. Even after closing the booking we kept consulting on various matters and were always met with availability and efficiency. The process with the rental company was exactly as Avi described, which let us prepare in advance for a vacation without hiccups. Thank you very much!

We rented a caravan from Bandana for a trip in Croatia and Slovenia for 10 days and enjoyed it greatly. The service we received from Bandana was good service, and full details were passed along regarding everything related to the caravan rental. Avi — the manager of the Bandana office — is attentive to every question and provided detailed answers and clarifications on every topic raised. This was the third time we'd rented a caravan in Europe through Bandana, and once again we very much enjoyed the concept of caravan travel and Bandana's service. On this trip, the caravan itself met our needs reasonably well, but its water pump made a noise, and the accessory equipment supplied with the caravan (utensils, cutlery, kitchen towels, bedding, cleaning tools and supplies) was partial and less complete compared to the richer equipment that came with our previous caravan rentals (in other European destinations).
