Exploring Canada and its neighboring countries through an RV vacation provides an easy and enjoyable way to create unforgettable family with children's experiences.
Certainly! hire a caravan for a vacation in Canada with children is not only appropriate but also a fantastic way to create lasting family memories. The diverse landscapes, family-friendly attractions, and the freedom to explore at your own pace make it an ideal choice for families with children.
When embarking on a camper vacation in Canada, the general practice is to receive the motorhome in the afternoon, typically between 14:00 and 17:00, and complete the payment process in the morning hours, usually between 09:00 and 11:00. Payment is calculated based on nights, like hotel stays.
To enhance your travel experience and accommodate varying schedules, there are two options:
If you prefer to pick up the motorhome in the morning, some hire providers may offer this option for an additional fee, contingent on their ability to deliver the RV earlier than usual.
Returning the motorhome in the afternoon is usually feasible. You can either pay for an extra hire day and return it in the afternoon of the day before the scheduled return date or coordinate with Bandana Caravan for a specified afternoon return time. Precise coordination is crucial, as hire stations plan their operations based on the established schedule.
For campervans trips in Canada, it is commonly accepted that motorhomes can be received and paid for at any time during the working day. The payment is typically calculated based on calendar nights, picking up in the afternoon and dropping off in the morning like a hotel night.
Please refer to our website for specific details on pick-up and return times, keeping in mind that these may vary between different hire stations.
A vacation with a camper in Canada offers several advantages over a trip with a private car and hotels:
Flexibility and Freedom: With an RV, you have the flexibility to change your itinerary, explore off-the-beaten-path locations, and adapt your plans on the go. You're not tied to hotel reservations or fixed schedules.
Cost-Effective: motorhome trips can be more cost-effective in the long run. While the initial hire cost is a consideration, you save on accommodation expenses as your motorhome serves as both transportation and lodging.
Closer to Nature: A camping van allows you to get closer to nature, providing a unique camping experience. Many Camper van parks and campgrounds are situated in picturesque locations, offering a chance to enjoy the great outdoors.
Convenience: Having your own kitchen and bathroom onboard provides convenience during the journey. You can cook your meals, avoid restaurant expenses, and have the freedom to stop and eat whenever you like.
Family Bonding: RV trips foster family bonding as everyone is in the same space. It's an opportunity to spend quality time together, play games, and RV share the adventure as a family.
Exploration: motorhome opens up opportunities to explore remote areas and national parks that may not have nearby hotels. You can immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape without worrying about finding accommodation.
No Unpacking: Unlike hotel stays where you need to pack and unpack frequently, a camper trip allows you to keep your belongings in one place, making the travel experience more convenient.
Comfort and Amenities: Modern motorhomes come equipped with various amenities, making them comfortable for long journeys. You have sleeping quarters, a kitchen, bathroom facilities, and entertainment options on the road.
Adventure and Spontaneity: Camper van travel allows for a sense of adventure and spontaneity. You can choose your route, discover hidden gems, and embrace the unexpected without strict schedules.
Overall, an RV trip provides a unique and immersive way to experience the diverse landscapes of Canada while enjoying the comforts of home on wheels.

Length 19' – Sleeps family up to 3
Our compact unit is a fully self-contained RV with a sleek aerodynamic design.
The floorplan features a unique rear kitchen design with all the amenities of a larger unit. The cabover bed is extra roomy making the compact RV the ideal unit for two adults of any age and a dinette folding to an extra bed allows for kids too. With six foot six inch ceilings and walk through convenience even tall campers can enjoy the compact RV.
First time renters will appreciate the narrower 7 1/2 ft width which makes driving in hilly areas safer and easier and makes parking in any lot a breeze.
