About TC-Scout

Ideal for a couple but also possible for a couple and a child.
An over-cab bed and a dinette bed.

Based on the Ford chassis.
Model year: Up to 3 years of use on the road

3 infant seats, child seats or booster seats can be fitted in this motorhome. If baby seats are attached, the dining table must be lowered and this means that there is no possibility for an adult to sit in the sitting area.
Infant seat: babies up to one year old (up to 9 kg) - rear-facing seat
Child seat: children aged 1 to 4 years (9-30 kg) - rear-facing seat for children up to 9 kg and forward-facing for children over 18 kg. Children within weight range 9 kg to 18 kg should be kept rear-facing as long as possible
Booster seat: children aged 4 to 9 years (over 18 kg). Under 18 kg - Front-facing child seat.
No car seat required for children over 145 cm

Rates' Notes
    • Unlimited Kilometers rentals have a minimum charge of 14 nights.
    • Unlimited Kilometers cannot be combined with Early Bird "All Inclusive" Packages
    • Each additional km is $ 0.45. For rentals from 1 January 2027 the price is $ 0.47 per km.
    • Cancellation of One Way rentals will charge the one-way fee in addition to the usual cancellation fee.
    • Transfers are only available until 1:00pm.
    • When returning the motorhome, the holding tanks must be empty. If not, a $ 35 service charge will apply.
    • A charge of $ 50 per hour for cleaning will be applied for those vehicles returned in an unsatisfactory state.
    • Each hour of delay in returning the motorhome will be charged up to 4 times the price of daily rental.
    • No Smoking in the motorhome. Violation of this rule will require $ 500 cleaning fee.
    • Any claim regarding traffic violations, parking fines, toll charges etc. will be charged $ 25 administration fee, in addition to the amount of the fine.
    • The motorhome are provided with a full tank of gasoline (or diesel) and must be returned with a full tank. If not, the renter will pay $ 4 per liter.
    • Bikes or bike racks are not available in Whitehorse.
    • Bike racks are suitable for 4 bikes except the Van - 2 bikes. Cannot be installed on Truck Camper, TC-Scout or TC-Slide-Bunk motorhomes.
    • All vehicles departing between October 01 – April 30 may be subject to winterization. Customers must sign on a 'Winter Rentals' Form at time of pick up.
    • Rentals on Saturdays between 1 November and 31 March are on request only.
    • Rentals on Sundays in Vancouver & Calgary are only available between 1 May and 30 September.
    • In case of renting the WiFi Hotspot - unused gigabytes are non-refundable.
    • Customers traveling to Newfoundland, to the North, or returning customers, please inform the rental company at the time of booking (further details in the 'Rental Terms').
