The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.- All inclusive package must have a minimum of 13 nights rental on April to October and 10 nights minimum on November to March
- In case of cancellation on one way rentals - there is an additional fee of $ 200
- For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $ 0.32
- There is a Burning Man festival fee of $ 1000 for all pick up at SFO between starting on or after August 21 and returning on or before September 7
- SFO will be closed for pick up and returns on September 3 and 4 (Labor Day)
