The R 29-31 Motorhome is perfect for the family. Sleeping up to 7 with 2 sizable beds, a dinette bed and an over the cab bed, it's cozy and yet provides all the conveniences you'll need for your vacation. A toilet, sink and shower, hot water heater, stove, microwave, fridge & freezer, the only question is how long are you going to stay away?

All vehicles have only 1 tether anchor for 1 child seat to be attached. Additional child seats need to work with a lap belt system. Booster seats cannot be used in RV's at all (but are necessary for the shuttle service).
Road Bear RV cannot provide child or booster seats nor can our staff provide installation instructions nor help with the installation.

Rates' Notes
    • Unlimited miles rates include ("All Inclusive"): Unlimited mileage, Preparation fee, Essentials kit, Linen kit, VIP insurance, Camping chairs.
    • 14-night minimum with "All inclusive" Package or Unlimited mileage.
    • All mileage must be pre-booked. At pick up, no additional mile package or “All Inclusive” - upgrade possible.
    • Linen Kit - free for children 0-6 years (after all adults paid for theirs).
    • Generator: Unlimited Use for $11 per night or $3.5/hour payable at drop off.
    • Mandatory Fee: $1,000 per booking for attending the Burning Man Festival.
    • In case of cancellation of one one-way rental, the one-way fee will be added to the cancellation fee.
    • In case of cancellation 0-4 days prior pick-up date, the season surcharge and preparation fee will be added to the cancellation fee.
    • Anyone planning to attend Burning Man is required to advise the intention at the time of reservation as special terms & conditions apply.
    • For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.47
    • Additional deposits may be required for special events such as "Burning Man" or if no mileage has been prepaid.
    • When attending the RAAM (Race Across America) event or Burning Man Festival a $2,500 security deposit is charged.
    • In areas with temperatures below freezing, water systems CANNOT be used! At drop off - a $150 re-winterization fee applies:
      Denver, Dallas, New York & Seattle - mid-October until mid-April
      Seattle - Snow Chains will be provided for pick-up or drop-off in the winter months - only charged when used

In June 2023 we took our first caravan trip of this kind through the Canadian Rockies. We rented the caravan through Bandana about 5 months in advance. We took a caravan through Bandana. The caravan itself met expectations and was picked up and returned safely. Avi was available before the booking, before the trip for every question (and there were quite a few), and even during the vacation. Only good words for his part in an amazing vacation. The caravan we got was at a level of equipment and comfort that was truly "German". Knowing you also have an Israeli back-up in case of issues/problems (even though there weren't any) definitely helps you get into the caravan project with peace of mind. This is my third time.
