- The rental fee includes 250 km per day. Every additional kilometer costs 0.35EUR + VAT.
- The motorhome, outside, toilet and upholstery must be cleaned when drop off otherwise we calculate a minimum 110EUR each (motorhome, toilet, upholstery).
- The motorhome is strictly non-smoking. Violation of this rule will charge 150EUR cleaning fee.
- Dishes, cutlery and pots must return clean, otherwise a fee of 100EUR is charged.
- The motorhome must return with a full AdBlue coolant, otherwise a refill fee of 5EUR per liter will be charged.
- The maximum luggage volume 20kg/person.
- A specific layout cannot be guaranteed, just the category (we try to keep the layout).
- Festival fee: Some suppliers require an additional payment for traveling with the Motorhome to the festival (due to the high demand for these dates, multiple pickup & drop off on specific days, the return of the motorhome in a poor state of maintenance and cost-benefit considerations). According to the conditions of the suppliers, this fee does not apply to all rentals, but when the "festival fee" appears, it is a mandatory payment for anyone traveling to the festival. Travelers who rent without a festival fee will be required to sign a commitment form when receiving the motorhome that they are not traveling to the festival.
- The vehicle's license plate cannot be received in advance, but only at pick-up.

What Our Customers Say
We just returned from a trip to Austria — 4 families with kids of various ages. We rented 4 caravans through Avi Bandana to suit each family's makeup. Many thanks for the support, guidance, and professional advice in the months before our trip and throughout it. Thank you very much for a fascinating trip.
The service I received from Avi was excellent, and this isn't the first time I've enjoyed his services and rented a motor caravan through him. But this time, the vehicle was 5 years old, the air vent above the driver's cab was torn and made noise in the wind while driving — the noise was unbearable. The microwave/oven didn't work, even when connected to 110 V. The vehicle training was rushed and incomplete. The radio was outdated, with the option to listen to CDs but no USB connection, which prevented us from listening to music. I hope my response and disappointment will reach, through you, whoever needs it and "wake them up." I'll continue to use your services in the future — traveling in a motor caravan upgrades the experience. Best regards, Dani
Avi Bandana is a lovely and positive person who provides above-and-beyond service. We did a caravan trip (first experience) in California and it was wonderful. Throughout the entire route, Avi was available as needed, for any problem and any question. Very, very much recommend booking a caravan through Bandana.
