M 23-25 ft Motorhome highlights:

All vehicles have only 1 tether anchor for 1 child seat to be attached. Additional child seats need to work with a lap belt system. Booster seats cannot be used in RV's at all (but are necessary for the shuttle service).
Road Bear RV cannot provide child or booster seats nor can our staff provide installation instructions nor help with the installation.

Unlimited miles rates Includes ("All Inclusive"): Unlimited mileage, Preperation fee, Conveniance kits, GPS, VIP insurance, Camping set and tax
14-night minimum with "All inclusive" Package
All mileage must be pre-booked. At pick up no additional mile package or “All Inclusive” - upgrade possible
Convenience Kit- children up to 6 years free
Generator: $3/hour payable at drop off
Incase of cancellation of one way rental, the one way fee will be added to the cancellation fee
Incase of cancellation 0-4 days prior to pick up date, the season surcharge and preparation fee will be added to the cancellation fee
Anyone planning to attend Burning Man is required to advise the intention at the time of reservation as special terms & conditions apply
WiFi hotspot (WiFi) rental: $12.5 per night max $225 per rental, incl. unlimited data, connects up to 5 devices
When the August Season Surcharge is applied ('Additional fee for pickup in...') a $1500 deposit is charged (and not just authorized), and 12 nights minimum in LAS/LAX/SFO
For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.47 plus local tax
Additional deposits may be required for special events such as "Burning Man" or if no mileage has been prepaid
In areas with temperatures below freezing, water systems CANNOT be used! At drop off - a $100 re-winterization fee applies:
Denver & New York - mid October until mid April
Seattle - October 1 to April 30 (Snow Chains will be provided for pick-up or drop-off in the winter months - only charged when used)
