We strongly recommend Avi Bandana — we had an amazing, amazing service experience (and trip, of course)! We're a young couple that decided to book a vacation in a caravan for the first time pretty much last minute (the upsides of COVID allowed us this, since from talking with Avi Bandana and reading online we understood that people usually book at least six months in advance). We called and consulted with very few additional agencies, and from the very first conversation with Avi Bandana we felt we were talking with a professional, kind person, attentive to our needs — someone genuinely trying to set us up with the best vacation suited for us. He was available for every question, before and during our stay (and we hardly needed it, because the operation of the caravan, the rental company, and Avi's care before the trip were professional and addressed every concern, question, and more). We rented the caravan in Dortmund, Germany — we got the vehicle clean and dialed in, at the offices of a clean and pleasant caravan company with lovely service people.
