Holiday Surcharge: $500 per rental for all DEN/LAS/MCO/NYC/SEA/SFO pick up - between 16/8/17-19/8/17
Holiday Surcharge: $1000 per rental for SFO and $500 for LAS/SEA/LAX pick up - between 21/8/17-29/8/17
Burning man rentals are subject to minimum of 13 nights and no drop off at SFO before 7 September
For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.45 plus local tax
Minimum age for U.S driving license is 25 years old
Additional deposits may be required for special events such as "Burning Man" or if no mileage has been prepaid
