Every unit is equipped with large permanent fixed rear- & front cab-over bed that sleep 4 PAX maximum; tether anchor for child seat installation & cab-over child safety net.
All vehicles offer an awning, generator & spacious outside storage (ex. for suitcases with oneway rentals) with a built in camping table and a dry bath with a large fresh water tank.
- All branches are closed on Sundays.
- In areas with temperatures below freezing point the water-/waste water system will be drained and CANNOT be used! $ 100 re-winterization fee & damages caused by freezing will be charged if customer de-winterizes system on the road.
- Generator use: $ 3.5/hour payable at drop off.
- In case of cancellation, one way fee will apply.
- In case of cancellation less than 5 days before pick up, in addition to the normal cancellation fees, the preparation fee, season surcharge and one-way fee will also be charged.
- WiFi hotspot (WiFi) rental: $12.5 per night max $225 per rental, incl. unlimited data, connects up to 5 devices
- When the August Season Surcharge is applied a $ 2,000 deposit is charged (and not just authorized) and 12 nights minimum rental for LAX, LAS, SFO.
- Rates include 100 mile per day. Every extra mile is $ 0.47.
- For rentals starting in Denver, there is a daily surcharge of $ 5.34. The surcharge does not apply to rentals of 31 nights or more.
- Additional deposit may be required for special events such as a "Burning Man" or other, or if no mileage has been prepaid.
- In areas with temperatures below freezing the water systems will be drained and CANNOT be used! When dropping off at a branch with sub-freezing temperatures a $100 rewinterization fee applies. Any freeze related damage will be charged to the rental customer:
Denver & New York: mid-October to mid-April. Seattle: 1 October to 30 April (snow chains will be provided for pick up or drop off in the winter months. Only charged when used).
