We booked a caravan for six passengers to Italy and Switzerland (a couple + 4 grown kids). Avi is professional, courteous, pleasant, patient, and welcoming. He kindly accompanied us through the whole process and the adjustments to make the caravan perfect for us. The simulator training contributed to our confidence in handling the caravan. This was our first time renting a caravan, and our experience with Avi's guidance, knowledge, and support was excellent. I strongly recommend renting a caravan with Bandana and enjoying the bridge between Avi and the rental company abroad in a shared language — Hebrew :) Avi is available and always answers every question. The caravan we got was modern, comfortable, and pampering. Thank you very much for a wonderful and special experience.
