The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
• The minimum amount payable per rental segment for an Inclusive Rate 10 nights rental.
• The maximum amount payable per rental segment for an Inclusive Rate is 40 nights rental.
• Generator Use: $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter
• Generator Package: $5 per night for unlimited use.
• Burning Man Festival Fee: Pick ups on or after the 16th August 2017 - $500 from San Francisco branch and $200 for all other branchs. Pick ups on or before the 15th August 2017 - $1000 from San Francisco branch and $700 for all other branchs.
• For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $ 0.40.
• Peak Season Surcharge of $500 will automatically apply for all rentals commencing between the 16th August to the 2nd September for all locations except Orlando.
• Minimum rental of 3 nights applies between 1 October 2016 to 5 July 2017.
• Minimum rental of 7 nights applies between 3-31 September 2017.
• Minimum rental of 10 nights applies between 6 July 2017 to 2 September 2017.

100 percent professionalism!!! It was my first time with a caravan, and abroad too. I called Avi and asked him to be on the line with me for 40 minutes to understand my needs. Avi was patient, professional — and even when COVID came and we had to postpone by a year, the date was changed without any cost or change fees.
