The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

In areas with temperatures below freezing point the water-/waste water system will be drained and CANNOT be used!
$100 re-winterization fee & damages caused by freezing will be charged if customer de-winterizes system on the road
Generator use: $3/hour payable at drop off
In case of cancelletion, one way fee will aplly
Burning Man Surcharge: $ 1000/ SFO & $ 500/ LAX/LAS/SEA must be pre-paid for ALL pick ups between 08/21/17-08/31/17
Holiday Surcharge: $ 500 from all locations excluding LAX must be pre-paid for ALL pick ups between 08/16/17-08/19/17
