The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

In areas with temperatures below freezing point the water-/waste water system will be drained and CANNOT be used!

Holiday Surcharge: $ 500 from all locations excluding LAX must be pre-paid for ALL pick ups between 08/16/17-08/19/17
Season Surcharge: $ 1000 per rental for SFO and $ 500 for LAS/SEA/LAX pick up - between 20/8/18-28/8/18
Season Surcharge: $ 200 per rental for NYC pick up - between 17/9/18-6/10/18
