The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
Generator use: $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter.
Generator Package: $5 per night for unlimited use.
Burning Man Festival Fee: Pick ups on or after the 16th August 2017 - $750 from San Francisco branch and $450 for all other branchs. Pick ups on or before the 15th August 2017 - $1250 from San Francisco branch and $950 for all other branchs.

For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.48.
Taxi Fare from the nearest Airport will be reimbursed on the day of pick-up, for up to $35 for transfers to the Denver, New York, Orlando, Las Vegas and Los Angeles branches, and up to $70 to the San Francisco and Seattle branches Receipt must be presented.
The minimum amount payable per rental segment for an Inclusive Rate 10 nights rental.
Peak Season Surcharge of $500 will automatically apply for all rentals commencing between the 16th August to the 2nd September.
We rented a caravan in Malsch near Baden-Baden — a large station with excellent and friendly staff (warmly recommend starting a caravan trip in the Black Forest or eastern France through them). On Avi's recommendation we left Israel on July 30, after Covid wave 3 and before Covid wave 4… in great timing. A very enjoyable trip with a great choice of campsites — Rheinmünster (near Baden), Schluchsee right next to the lake, and Iffezheim near the Rhine river. After 3 rentals in Germany (for trips in Scandinavia, Holland-Belgium, and now the Black Forest), the next destination will be North America — and we'll come back to Bandana for Avi. Yitzhak.
We had a stunning trip. The caravan was at a high standard. Equipped from A to Z. Many thanks to Avi for connecting us with a rental company. They were very courteous and didn't make any special issues at the return.
