- From May 1 to August 31 pickups in rental centers in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaid and Perth will be from 10:00 AM, and closed on Sunday.
- From October 1 to February 28 the rental center in Brisbane open from 10:00 Am and closed on Sunday.
- On April and November pickups in rental centers in Alice Springs, Darwin and Broome will be from 10:00 AM, and closed on Sunday. From December to 31 March - Branches are closed.
- During the period from 1 May to 31 August the Hobart branch will be closed.
- On April and from November to 31 March in Cairns - pickups will be from 10:00 AM and closed on Sunday.
- Rest of the year Pick up is available from 07:30 AM.
- A surcharge of AU$100 will apply to all rentals picking up or dropping off on holidays. For specific dates, please refer to 'HOLIDAY SURCHARGE' on 'Terms & Conditions'.
- A one way rental has a minimum rental period of 7-28 days.
- All rentals collecting in Melbourn between the 24 January 2017 to 1 February 2017 will have a minimum hire requirement of 10 days.
- 20 day minimum hire on all one way rentals OUT of Hobart from 01 Sept 2016 to 28 Feb 2017.
- 20 day minimum hire on all one way rentals IN to Hobart from 15 Feb 2017 to 15 May 2017.
- 20 day minimum hire on all one way rentals IN to Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome from 15 Aug 2016 to 30 Nov 16 (excluding from Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome).
- 20 day minimum hire on all one way rentals OUT of Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome from 1 April 2017 to 15 July 2017 (excluding travrl into Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome).
- 20 Day minimum on one way rentals in to Cairns from 1 March 2017 to 31 October 2017 for Ultima, Ultima Elite, Ultima Plus, Ultima Plus Elite.
- 7 day minimum hire for all between 12 to 18 April 2017.
- 7 day minimum hire for all TS vehicles collecting in Sydney and traveling into, out of or between 3 to 9 October 2017 (Bathurst).
- An airport pick-up fee of AU$ 100 per hire will apply for hires with pick-up at Hobart airport.
- An additional remote location fee of AU$750 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome.
