The swan-song of our fleet, Cygnus RV, is a generously proportioned 6 berth which comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 4 children. Specifically designed with American touring in mind, this premium RV provides all the comforts of home with views through the many windows to one of the most spectacular and varied landscapes in the world.
The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.• Generator use: $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter.
• Generator Package: $5 per night for unlimited use.
• Burning Man Festival Fee: Pick ups on or after the 16th August 2017 - $750 from San Francisco branch and $450 for all other branchs. Pick ups on or before the 15th August 2017 - $1250 from San Francisco branch and $950 for all other branchs.
• For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.48.
• Taxi Fare from the nearest Airport will be reimbursed on the day of pick-up, for up to $35 for transfers to the Denver, New York, Orlando, Las Vegas and Los Angeles branches, and up to $70 to the San Francisco and Seattle branches Receipt must be presented.
• The minimum amount payable per rental segment for an Inclusive Rate 10 nights rental.
• Peak Season Surcharge of $500 will automatically apply for all rentals commencing between the 16th August to the 2nd September for all locations except Orlando.
• Minimum rental of 3 nights applies between 1 October 2016 to 5 July 2017.
• Minimum rental of 7 nights applies between 3-31 September 2017.
• Minimum rental of 10 nights applies between 6 July 2017 to 2 September 2017.
