• Please note that we charge 130 GBP if the pick up time is between 18:00 and 08:00.
• If a client return the rental vehicle on last day before 11:00 AM, we grant 45 GBP early return discount.
• The motorhome must be returned with full gas and fuel tanks (unless the fuel purchase option has been taken).
• The motorhome must be returned clean and with an empty waste water and an empty toilet cassette. Failuer to comply will entail a surcharge of 225 GBP.
• Smoking is prohibited in the camper. 760 GBP penalty will apply if this rule is broken.
• Carrying animals without prior notice will entail a penalty of 360 GBP.
• Any delay with returning the motorhome will entail a penalty of 45 GBP per hour.
• Winter tires are included in the rental price only during 01.11-31.3 period.
• The coffee machine works only when motorhome is connected to external electricity grid.
• The rental stations in Rovaniemi, Trondheim and Tromso are open from 1.5 to 30.9.
• Clients, who wish to book one-way rental to a drop off location only, have to sign one deductible for us and we reserve a right to perform post rental check-up on the rental vehicle.
• The minimum reduction period for lowering deductible is 7 rental days (TC Plus or TC Premium). TC Total (reduction to Zero) is 10 days minimum.
• Transfers to / from airports, that includes in the rental fee, will be only to tha nearest main airport. Transfers to / from other airports or city centers are possible for an additional fee. For further information please contact us.
• When traveling to Central Europe and Western Europe, minimum level of damage deductible is 1100 GBP.
