The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.• For the Cabana, Condo and Chaser the excess is $3000.
• A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged if the vehicle returns not clean.
• A fee of $500 will be charged for failure to empty the grey water or toilet cassette.
• The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. if it is not filled with fuel a $20 administration fee will apply in addition to the cost of the fuel.
• If the vehicle is not returned to the branch on an agreed date as detailed, a fee of $500 may be charged.
• A credit card administration fee of 2% applies for the use of Visa and Mastercard and 4% for American Express.
• An additional location fee of $195 applies to all Casa's picking up or dropping off in Queenstown.

Avi was available before the booking, before the trip for every question (and there were quite a few), and even during the vacation. Only good words for his part in an amazing vacation. The caravan we got was at a level of equipment and comfort that was truly "German". Knowing you also have an Israeli back-up in case of issues/problems (even though there weren't any) definitely helps you get into the caravan project with peace of mind. This is my third time.
