• The minimum amount payable per rental segment for an Inclusive Rate 10 nights rental.
• Minimum rental of 3 nights applies between 1 October 2017 to 15 July 2018 and 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2019.
• Minimum rental of 7 nights applies between 16 July 2018 to 30 September 2018.
• Minimum rental of 10 nights applies for pick up in San Francisco between 15 August 2018 to 2 September 2018.
• In case of cancelling a rental that includes a Burning Man Festival fee - 14 nights or less before the pick up date -the Burning Man Festival fee will apply anyway.
• In case of cancelling a One Way rental - the One Way fee will apply anyway.
• SLI insurance - paid locally at pick up. Until April 2018 the price is $14 per night for all locations except SEA - $15, MCO - $15.45 or NYC - $12. From April 2018 the price is $10 per night for all locations except MCO - $15.75 and SEA - $11.25.
