The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.- All branches are closed on Sundays

- In areas with temperatures below freezing point the water-/waste water system will be drained and CANNOT be used!
- $100 re-winterization fee & damages caused by freezing will be charged if customer de-winterizes system on the road
- Generator use: $3/hour payable at drop off
- In case of cancelletion, one way fee will aplly
- WiFi hotspot (WiFi) rental: $ 125 incl. 1GB data (expires after 30 days)
- Season Surcharge: $ 1000 per rental for SFO and $ 500 for LAS/SEA/LAX pick up - between 20/8/18-28/8/18
- Season Surcharge: $ 200 per rental for NYC pick up - between 17/9/18-6/10/18
- When the August Season Surcharge is applied a $ 1500 deposit is charged (and not just authorized)
