• Winter tyres are mandatory at all winter rentals (1 November - 31 March). Cost €119.
• Passenger compartment must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of €200 is charged.
• Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of €200 is charged.
• Smoking is not allowed in the RV. A panelty of €500 will be imposed for smoking inside the RV.
• Pets are allowed for a fee of €60 per dog, plus cleaning charge.
• Motorhome must return fully fueled, otherwise a service fee of €45 will apply plus the daily pump price.
• Drop & Go service is only available with purchasing the Value Pack or CDW.
• The minimum rental for all pick ups until the and of April 2023 - 5 nights. On May & June - 7 nights. On July & August - 10 nights. On September - 7 nights. Between October 2023 and March 2024 - 5 nights.
• Pick up or Drop off on public holiday is available for €115:
7 April, 10 April, 1 May, 18 May, 29 May, 3 October, 31 October

100 percent professionalism!!! It was my first time with a caravan, and abroad too. I called Avi and asked him to be on the line with me for 40 minutes to understand my needs. Avi was patient, professional — and even when COVID came and we had to postpone by a year, the date was changed without any cost or change fees. In addition, throughout the period Avi gave me his full attention and answered every possible question and worry I had naturally as someone heading out with the family for the first time on a trip like this.
